O3O Partnership Rewards Terms & Agreement

1. Invitation & Participation
Participation is extended by invitation to select venues. Engagement in the program constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Independent Relationship
Participation does not create employment, agency, or representative status. Each party operates independently and may not bind the other.

3. Intellectual Property & Platform Integrity

• Partners will not imply any relationship beyond participation without written authorization.

• The platform, including its interface, workflows, and systems, is proprietary. Partners may not copy, replicate, or reverse engineer any portion or use it to create a competing offering without consent.

• These protections are perpetual and safeguard the platform’s unique design; they do not limit a Partner’s ability to participate or display their Partner Code.

4. Partner Code Usage

• Reward payouts are processed monthly and are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $500. Payouts are issued on the last business day of each month. Amounts below the threshold accrue to the next payout period.

• Payouts are issued for verified and completed user activity associated with the Partner’s Code.

• Participation in the program is voluntary and may be withdrawn by either party at any time. Termination will not affect earned payouts for qualifying activity generated prior to the termination date.

5. Reward Payouts

• Reward payouts are processed on a monthly basis and are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $500. Payouts are issued on the last business day of each month. Any amounts below the threshold will accrue and be included in the next payout period.

• Payouts are issued for verified and completed user activity associated with the Partner’s Code.

• Participation in the program is voluntary and may be withdrawn by either party at any time. Termination will not affect any earned payouts for qualifying activity generated prior to the termination date.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

• Payouts are only for verified, completed transactions that are not refunded or reversed.

• Hotels have no responsibility for refunds or chargebacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

• o3o.app is not responsible for lost earnings, platform interruptions, or indirect damages.

• Participation is voluntary and at the Partner’s own risk.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Disputes shall first be submitted to binding mediation with a mutually agreed mediator. The decision is final and enforceable in the courts of WY.
